RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

Check the star to see what equipment you should bring for full enjoyment of the event you wish to attend. NOTE that not having a particular item will not diminish the knowledge gained, or the FUN! Extra equipment is always available.

* LECTURE or TOUR - FLASHLIGHT, a simple digital camera is recommended, have the accompanying computer program already loaded and know how to use it. Also, find and bring a lens filter called: UV haze or daylight filter. An old 35 mm lens filter is fine and is the cheapest to obtain.
ALWAYS BRING SPARE BATTERIES!
You may also bring: digital audio recorder, dousing rods, EMF detector - K2, insta-read thermometer. PLEASE, NO video cameras. Extra equipment is always available to try.

** INVESTIGATION TECHNIQUES FOR PARANORMAL RESEARCHERS, BEGINNERS
Assumes the participant is a new learner.
MUST HAVE: FLASHLIGHT, simple digital camera with loadable analyzation program, dousing rods, digital audio recorder with loadable analyzation program, dousing rods.
ALWAYS BRING SPARE BATTERIES!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - EMF detector and/or a K-2, instant-read thermometer, laptop, Extra equipment is always available to try.
YOU MAY BRING - a video camera.

*** INVESTIGATION METHODOLOGIES FOR PARANORMAL RESEARCHERS

Assumes the participant has some knowledge and maybe a little experience and is building skills.
MUST HAVE: FLASHLIGHT, a simple digital camera with lens, dousing rods, digital audio recorder, laptop, EMF detector - preferably a Tri-Field, a K-2 and an insta-read thermometer.
DO YOU NEED TO BE TOLD TO BRING SPARE BATTERIES?
RECOMMENDED: a DIGITAL video camera, extension cord and another high-powered flashlight.
